We believe that GOOD starts at home.
That’s why we've launched the #GOODHEALTHTaskForce and a playbook for local volunteers to quickly and cost-effectively manufacture critical personal protective equipment for the front-line healthcare workers battling COVID-19 in their communities. The playbook includes design specifications, funding model suggestions, material sourcing, even best practices for handoff to hospitals to make it as easy as possible for anyone to help our medical professionals in need.
We’ve collaborated with makers and entrepreneurs to develop a playbook and process where 10-20 volunteers can make 1,000 face shields a day without technical knowledge or specialized equipment at material cost . This open-source process puts life-saving protection into the hands of at-risk medical personnel while federal and private resources catch up to the demand.

But the playbook runs on donated time and funds. Shield the healthcare workers in your community by volunteering your time to help with assembly, connect your local hospital with our effort or make a tax-deductible contribution to a local GOODHealth Task Force GoFundMe to underwrite raw materials.
